I really want to start the school year with a fresh start, and would love to finally lose the fat sticking to me! I am currently 122 pounds, and I want to lose 12 pounds and go down to 110! I’m very short and small boned and I am sure I will look just fine at that weight. I long to finally put on the size 4 jeans that have been staring at me at the back of my closet! Today I ate tons of chocolate, so I will start cutting down on snacks and eating more veggies as of tommorow! Wish me luck!

Hi guys, In the past year I have put on 10kg’s. Been with the same guy since aged 15 (am now 21). When I first met him he told me I was overweight and lost all my weight. Since puting on the 10kg’s (am now 64kg and am 163cm) I fear that he is going to think I am overweight again although I know he wont tell me. He is very caring and loves me for me but I dont want the past to come up again. Whenever I say I am going to diet, I end up eating MORE!!!!! Help please. Every diet I try fails and am just feeling so down.
I’ve tried so many times to lose weight its not working all my friends are nice and slim. I lost my boyfriend because he didn’t even like me and a guy I like doesn’t like me back :( How can I get slim quick?

Where do I start? Myself I guess..Well my name say’s it all…MISS TUBBZ :( I’m fat…To put it bluntly, There’s no point in me trying to sugar coat it, I don’t have love handles, I don’t have curves, I am not volumptuos, I AM FAT!
I need help to get rid of it, I’ve tried exercise & its not shifting at all, I’ve lost about a stone in the past through making my self sick & immense amount of stress, I thought it was bad so I stopped when I got to a weight that I was ok about. I was over the world, I felt so good but now, I’m not happy, I want to loose MORE MORE MORE! I want to feel like I did when I lost that weight everyday when I look in the mirror, not total discust & the urge to kill myself. I may sound dramatic but I’ts been going on for too long now & I don’t think I can handle it anymore, I need to change or I’m going to loose it!
I want to start tomorrow, I’m not sure which route I should take. I’ve heard hundreds of diffrent things to keep the urge to eat out of thought i.e water sipping. I will have to eat one main meal a day with my family so that no one will get suspicious, I can cope with that but during the day while I’m at home alone I know it’s going to be tough. So I need some advice PLEASE!a.s.a.p...If i eat something small in the morning to start my digestion and then not eat until 7pm will that increase my chances of loosing weight because my body will be burning off fat in the day for energy? May sound silly but I WILL DO ANYTHING FOR THIS!

I hate my body so much. I am 5’10 and i am 155 pounds. EW. i want to weigh 120 but i can’t seem to do it. I have the worlds biggest love handles, and thunder thighs, my arms are obese and i am basically just fat. Does anybody know a good and FAST way to lose weight? I am dieing here.

Why do I not loose weight… Every morning I drink one extra large tea, no sugar, no milk. And then I don’t eat until 5pm… if I have too. It is usually just one cup of rice or a bagel. I am still large… I excersise daily.. and no change. I weigh 144.4 lbs and I am 5,6”.. help me!
ya i want to loose 50 pounds like today!... but i know thats not possible so ill take time… any advice???
