Although there is still tension in my shoulders, it is much better than it was… :)

Had another massage this morning and the gym has certainly helped with my general tension levels. That being said, I’m getting a lot of headaches. When I reluctantly take a painkiller there is no response, no disappearing of the pain. I’m pretty sure they are tension headaches and so I’m going to have an Indian Head massage…
Looking forward to that!
I booked an appointment to get a massage today and think I have found a beauty therapist that I can establish a relationship with. She was unpretentious but focused and professional.
She worked on my back and shoulders for over an hour and then asked for £17.00.
I misheard and got £70.00 out thinking that it may have to be a luxury rather than a regular occurrence.
She looked gob-smacked and repeated £17.00.
I gave her a hefty 70% tip in the end because she is really undercharging at that price. It was a wonderful aromatherapy massage and she worked hard.
I will go and see her in about 3 weeks and see if I can get these knots untied.
I have an extremely well established set of knots in my shoulders.
This has been backed up by a friend who’s a physiotherapist.
They’re starting to cause me discomfort so I ought to tackle it.
Oh, what a shame… this means I may have to get a massage or something!
My hub has kindly given me a couple of massages this week to help ease the tension that is residing in my shoulders!!! Last night he gave me a Thai massage which was great, and although it will take a while to make a big difference in my shoulders, it did help… :)
these are now an established part of me!!! The last time I went for a Shiatzu treatment, the very experienced therapist was quite shocked at how tense my shoulders were and found it difficult to relax them ~ It is quite amazing how the body and mind just gets used to it!!!
