I’m going to keep up on my cardio, everday… eat smaller healthy meals 6 times a day, and do some weight lifting and a good amount of sit ups and cruches… including incline and all those other exercises. I heard you can’t just change one part of your body… it’s easier to work out the whole thing. And when the fat is gone, I can work on sculpting the abs I’ve love to have…
