Lessons & tips: Honesty is the best policy.
Stay in your limits.
Worship your profession.
Remember the things.
More you see more you learn.

Seen movie Cocktail??
that is what seems cool but if i can make a perfect Mojito, pinja colada, muslide, strawberry daiquiri, cuba libre, etc.. I’ll be FINE
i drink socially and infrequently, so being around alcoholic beverages is not a motivating factor.
i do, however, need money to help pay my way through college, as well as a skill that will find me jobs in many different locations as i plan on doing a lot of traveling once out. i’ve been researching bartending schools as most others have done, and i think i’ve settled on the nyc branch of the professional bartending schools of america (has anyone taken classes with them before? would you recommend/caution against?).
i’m just waiting on them to get back to me with more information right now… wish me luck? :)
i need a job and the surrounding businesses in my vacinity are horride. i want to learn how to bartend because the only enjoyable option of employment is a comedy club around the block from me, and i hear bartending can be fun and withold extensive career benefits [so i’ve heard], is bartending. it’s something i’m interested in and i can only work nights because of a current situation.
if someone could please email me with any information it would help very much

Ive been bartending for years. And yes, I did pay for a course but I have since found a better way to learn from home with bartending books.
www.thebartendingbook.com is a great one. its easy to learn and straight forward. check it out I strongly advise it
I was a “bartender” for a summer. The job itself was a joke, but I enjoyed it. I wouldn’t mind going back, knowing that the good bartenders make good money.
Stumbled across this item. Another one of those “hey! I’ve done that!” moments during my travels through 43things. Can’t say I’ve used the skills extensively – but they were a handy fall-back early in my working career.
