OK so I haven't exactly started this yet.. 4 months ago

but today I did the Race for Life. I walked the course with a friend and my mum and now have a big blister on my heel! So not quite a workout, but getting up on a Sunday morning (having got in at 3am from dancing the night away with more than a few ciders) to go and walk 5km was quite an achievement! I have done the Race for Life a few times now and have always walked it, one day I will run it.

Now that its on my list..all I need to do now is figure out how to convince myself to put it into action…the first thing on my list is to quit procrastinating and I am hoping that everything else in there is gonna help me beat the big number one

It has been so hard. I have started off witha basic thread mill thing- I start of with a 5 minute walk and follow it with with a 5-7 minute fast running on level 12( its so hard).

I started it & even though its hard & time consuming I have stuck with it. Lost 8lbs so far & feel better, but it is a hard habit to get into. I’m sticking with it & I’m going to feel better, look better & lose this weight!

Still kinda on a plateau but I am happy.

I got some heavier weights the other day and it made a difference, my workout was harder…

So I guess this is a finished goal :)



I was doing really well 2 years ago

but I got sick and stopped for a bit. I am making some better choices for my meals though and while I was exercising I lost about 15 pounds and haven’t put any back on so I am pretty happy with that :)



Well I have been making good progress here 3 years ago

I have been exercising 3-5 times a week for the past 3 weeks. I have lost about 10 pounds, which is not huge it is something so i am happy about that. Although I have been sick for the last 4 days and haven’t worked out but I have zero energy right now. I hope to kick this illness soon and get back to exercising…

Well I never really got on the wagon long enough to fall off. However, I now have a workout partner. My five yearold son! He actually pushed me to go excercise today. And I feel pretty good right now. He doesn’t do the excercises in proper form but it gets him moving and it gets me excercising :)

I am hoping this is the begining of some good habits.
