even though I haven’t updated every day. There is one week left.
Unfortunately, I can’t really stop then. In fact, I need to try to do more of my physical therapy every day now that I have managed to get into the habit.

I got back on track today and did it “all,” meaning the three sequences that I determined were the most important and that I really committed myself to.
Now that I have established a habit, more or less, I’m starting to think about adding a little more.
25 more days, although I know that it will just mean the creation of a new, related goal.

but the last couple of days I slacked off a bit, i.e. I did the bare minimum, meaning just the breathing exercises.
But I did go to a swimming class both days, which certainly never hurt anything.
Let’s see, that means 26 more days, including this one.
It will be nice being past the halfway mark.

which is probably why I need to have it up here.
Just got done for today. Broke it up a little.
I’m wondering how long it will take before my butt quits hurting.
Only 29 days left. July 22, here I come!

with today’s set. My right shoulder always feels a little looser when I am done (which is interesting in itself, since nothing that I am doing directly involves my right shoulder. But that is because my PT is a genius). The trouble is, it doesn’t seem to take very long for it to revert. I am still operating under the assumption that this will get better the more consecutive days I do and the more the postural repatterning sets in.
Anyway, I digress. 32 days left. Or a lifetime.

I put off doing anything until late last night, but fortunately I was staying with my friend W. in Dallas, and I had told her to nag me, so she made sure that I did all three sequences before I went to bed.
I did them all again today midday, before my return to Austin.
Which brings me down to . . . 34?

I hate to say it, because I don’t want to get too confident.
So, did the usual tonight. I made myself stay up until I did all three sequences. I’m hoping the more I do it the less I’ll put it off. I do notice the benefits, especially with daily repetitions.
So: the breathing/balloon exercises
the right sidelying adductor pullbacks (bleah! boring!)
the left sidelying glute max thingies (bleah! difficult!)
I can’t remember how many days I have left. 35?
Oops, no. 36.

Last night I only did the breathing/balloon exercises, which seems to be what happens when I put it off until nighttime. So I did my PT this morning and did the three I think are most important, i.e., the balloon sequence, the right sidelying adductor pullback and the left sidelying glute max thing, which still busts my ass, as it were.
What am I down to? 37 more days?
