    I'm not exactly giving up on this one but...... 5 months ago

    I’m just going to try to do better on it.

    It just doesn’t feel emotionally fulfilling for me to chronicle this right now though.

    Anyway, I did get up at Noon as planned, but then Charmaine says, “I don’t have to be to work until 2:30, do you wanna go back to bed, and cuddle for awhile?” So, I figure, I must be doing something right. LOL! So I get back out of bed around 2ish ;-)

    Okay, I should have eaten, but I didn’t do that until around 4, so 2nd meal at 8, third meal at midnight. Go to bed at 4, get up at Noon, and I’ll have 8 hours of sleep. Charmaine has the day off tomorrow, so it will work out fine. :-)

    It’s not going as well as I planned. It’s 3:24, and I still haven’t eaten yet. Time to eat!

    I ate my last meal at 2, so I’ll be up until 6. But I spent some extra time cuddling earlier, so I have a very good excuse! ;-D



    4/11/08- So far 6 months ago

    I was going to eat at 8 p.m., but it got later and wound up being closer to 9 p.m., so I’ll have to eat my last meal at 1 a.m., and get to bed at 5 a.m., If I get up at Noon tomorrow. I’ll still get 7 hours of sleep. (I have to stay up after eating, so I don’t get acid reflux.)



    I'm going to try to follow a schedule with this 6 months ago

    Friday April 11th-Eat 8p.m., Midnight; Sleep-4 a.m.
    Saturday 4/12- up at Noon, Eat-Noon, 6p.m., 10 p.m., bed 2a.m.
    Sunday 4/13- up at 8 a.m., Eat-8 a.m., 2 p.m., 8 p.m., bed at 2 a.m. (might try to squeeze a nap in there somewhere.)
    Monday 4/14- up at Noon; eat-Noon,6,10; sleep-2
    Tuesday 4/15- up at Noon; eat-Noon,6,10; sleep-2
    Wednesday 4/16- up at Noon; eat-Noon,6,10; sleep-2
    Thursday 4/17- up at 10 a.m.; eat-10,4,10, bed at 2 a.m.
    Friday- 4/18- up at Noon, eat-Noon,6,10; bed at 2 a.m.



    Not much trouble falling asleep any more... 6 months ago

    ... but it’s hard to get myself to unwind enough to just get myself into bed. I’m so used to procrastinating at the end of the day, I put off going to bed too!

    From today on I will be IN BED at 11:15. Wish me luck :))
