I went out drinking, and my schedule got all thrown off. I’m surprised how easy it was for me to slip back into my bad sleeping habit, which is forcing myself to stay awake just ONE more hour (and just ONE after that, and just ONE more after that) even though I feel exhausted. That’s it. I’m going to sleep. RIGHT NOW, I SAY!

I never can seem to get into a regular sleep schedule. At the very least, I’d like to have enough willpower to get up when I wake up on the weekends.

I’ve been going to bed between 8pm and 10pm, getting up at 8am or 9am, for the last four or five days. My body clock is almost fixed, and I’m feeling good.

I fell asleep at 4pm yesterday, and slept until midnight. I’m going to be tired again by this afternoon. Guh.

I don’t know why….but i sleep much better! I just sleep whenever I feel like sleeping :) and just now I realise that sleep is ABSOLUTELY important!

Been sleeping for 10 hours! Feeling great :) Yesterday I came back from the courses really washed out….and I thought of eating something tasty and going on the internet to cheer myself up…as I used to. But instead I drank some water and went to bed! That was a right choice! Otherwise I would be completely broken today.
