    I recently got a stress/depression management tape/book workshop, and am going to start listening to the audiotapes this evening, and I’ll see how it goes. I’ve been doing much better since getting off medication and have had no episodes (though I don’t reccommend other people trying this w/o their Dr.’s OK.) Maybe it was a combination of hormones and stupid drama that accompanies the teen years? I find this to be most likely. I’m 27, married with a family now, and know how to deal with the everyday stress of life in a much better way now. I let go of the people who brought stress and chaos into my life and have stopped trying to be perfect. Life is good, and hopefully, the workshop will help me learn what to do in the event that I do have another panic attack or depression in the future.
