I crochet right know and I want to become an awesome knitter, right after I perfect the art of &*#$%@! socks.

I have outgrown this goal and no longer feel the need to satisfy TKGA’s requirements.
I think I might be able to handle the first class, but would need a lot more practice to tackle the next two.
right now I’d rather just knit the things I want and gain experience though that. I don’t need a panel of experts to tell me I’m a master knitter. I think I can define that title for myself.
My name was finally published in Cast-On Magazines Summer 2007 issue! I am so happy that I am done!

I didn’t even come close to meeting the last deadline I set for myself, which was to get Level 2 in the mail on Sept 15, 2006. Yeah, I had some great excuses, but let’s not dwell on those.
I received the set of Level 2 instructions that I have on April 28 of last year. Certainly I can finish up Level 2 by April 27, 2007.
I sent off level 3 on December 1st. It was hard to box everything up since I wanted my kiddo to be able to wear his sweater. I solved the problem by making a second sweater for him to wear. The master’s sweater will have to become a museum piece!
I’ve started the Level 1 Master Knitting Program and have set a goal of finishing by February 2007.
i finished two scarves this weekend. my stiches are getting fabulously even. i love knitting scarves. i can make them as simple or as complicated as i want. this weekend, i made a simple 2×2 ribbed scarf in custom wool, and then a spiraled scarf in fuzzy novelty yarn. :)
