DEEDEErocksGoing the Distance
Ok so i run races about once a month but have never done more than a 7k race,so in the new year I want to be able to do this. I plan to run at least 4 times a week and run for about 40minutes by March 1st i want to have run a practice 15k in under 1 hr 15minutes. I think that it will be hard but I hope to stick to my goal.
