i want to be more beautiful,just it!!!
LizdeBiz needs to search harder.
I think it’s more than just being beautiful. Physical attractiveness is desirable, but the importance of how good we feel about ourselves inside can never be stressed enough. It’s feeling beautiful, within ourselves and without. I can’t believe I’m only appreciating this sometimes forgotten aspect of beauty now.

aveda lip balm is the ONLY one that works on my lips (they’re very delicate)

For skin…
use hidrating cream, jonson’s baby oil and drink lots of water
Beauty is a mixture of elegance and nature.
healthy and happy people are beatyfull because they show the best part of theirself. they are natural.
Elegance has always been considered a part of being beautyfull in every century.
We should not try to be like top models or girls on magazines. we shold just try to be as healthy as possible…
-always check the ingrediants of any product or food u r buying
-avoid fructose-glucose it makes you hungry and will make you gain weight
-avoid corn starch, it’s unhealthy n fattening
...and be happy and positive. you may not be a top model, but a happy person is always beautifull….
accept ur self cause every one of us is beautiful in his/her on way!

Wow. What a few extra glasses of water and yoga class can do to you in a few months! I’m not saying I’ve become more beautiful physically, but even if I haven’t improved in looks I definitely feel much better as a person. In any case, this goal is really worth it.

I feel like I’d really like to become a better person both on the inside and out. I’m not really sure where I’m going to start but I guess it’s going to take time to accomplish both successfully. Things I’d like to do would be:
-Eat healthier
-Become a vegetarian
-Drink more water
-Lose weight
-Improve on putting on makeup instead of just lashing it on
-Find out what clothes suit me
-Be more compassionate
-Lend a helping hand more often
-Don’t resort to self-pity
-Smile more
-See the good in people before the bad
-Be more patient and understanding with people
There’s a lot more I guess, but it might be better to start off small – that way I’ve some hope of fulfilling some. _
I have many goals that have to do with beauty:
Eat healthy
Drink more water
Stop biting my nails
Get a tan
Exercise more
Find a haircut that suits me
Love myself
Lose 4 kilos
Stop pinching my pimples
Get enough sleep
Stretch every day
Do the Method Putkisto Face School regularly
Take better care of my feet
When I’ve done all those things, then I will tick this one off as well. I’ve already accomplished the seven first things, so only 6 things left!
