It helps when you have a garden. 2 years ago

Since becoming a healthy vegan, I’m positive that I’ve successfully completed this goal. I eat all sorts of fruits and veggies throughout the day, whether it be a stir fry of frozen veggies, fresh asparagus from the garden, or a smoothie of cantaloupe, OJ, and bananas.

Today I had 8-9 servings of fruit… and maybe 3 of veggies.

Not too shabby.

I love being healthy. I feel great.
