re-read the first 5 Harry Potter books before July 16th, 2005 (when the new book comes out!)

I finished too soon, so my wife and I watched the movies again, too. Alas, we’ll still have to wait another month…

Is it sad that I get tingly thinking about the new book coming out? Yeah, I thought so. Can’t. Wait. So. Excited.

I can’t wait for the next book!

I finished my re-read of Order of the Phoenix over the weekend. July can’t get here quickly enough.

I love this book. I’m glad that I’m rereading the series before the next book comes out – my impressions of the characters had been contaminated by fanfic.

I’d forgotten just how much of a prat Snape was in that book. This reread strenthened my conviction that the movies’ screenwriters have something against Ron.

I’m midway through Prisoner of Azkaban now. Don’t get me wrong, I enjoy the first two books. However, I think the series really takes off with PoA.

now there are 3 months left until I get my copy shipped, and I am wondering if I should read them all again. Tough decision.
