"It was interesting watching things break down slowly in some cases and quicker in others, it almost became an obsession."
How I did it: I picked up what I was burning (an old poem from my spiteful ex), and set it alight with a lighter, I made sure I held it with a pair of tongs so I didn't burn myself.

I thought that i would maybe regret it … but i burnt almost everything i had that reminded me of my father … it was possibly some of the best therapy i could’ve had.
((in highschool, my girlfriends and i would go to a park near the lake and burn ‘love’ letters & things from boys that ‘broke our hearts’)) ... that was fun too
