as i see it, we have to take over control of 3 “parts” of our ID. Body, low-mind and high-mind.

In order to control the 3 of them we should start first by ruling over body.

1. to know your body. if u know your body you will know your limits, your strengths, your fears and your wishes.
2. to push your body. you have to take your body to the real limits of hunger, sleepiness, strength, pain, pleasure and stress.
3. to hear your body. Your body says very clear when it needs to sleep, to eat, etc. you have to hear the voice of your body and decide if you give it or not.

whenever u are able to decide when, how and what you’ll give to your body, you have conquer the first of the 3 parts of your id.

Conquer body-mind its not an easy step, its full of instincts and needs. but once you do it, you are able to resist hard situations, to take better choices and reactions, you can eat anything, rest anywhere and accept your limits. Pain is important in the process: it will always reminds your how fragil you are and that u are absolutly equal to the rest of life forms.

If your body is your “container” it’s like having a car. if dont know how to drive is useless, But if you know your car, you can do stunt acts! 4 years ago

and the more I try to subdue it, the more wildly it resists my control. But I cannot afford to let it run wild, dragging my life in the dirt behind it. I have to train it and guide it. Meditation? Cognitive therapy? 5 years ago
