become a cyborg

Do people who have lost an arm or leg and have an electric prosthetic count as cyborgs? Or does the implant/replacement have to bring considerable improvement over the original?

I would have to have a camera for an eye with 40 zoom optical lens and the ability to transfer direct to my server than store in my head.

Also access to the Internet via satelitte technology direct to my left eye with options to download information into my brain – also have a keypad built into my left arm (i’m right handed ;-))

Maybe also an MP3 player with download capability and automatic selection of tracks through menus in my left eye. Storage of MP3 on a flash drive stored in my left arm.

Both would keep me off a PC and would mean people would see me without a camera attached to my face!
