read 15 books this year

I finished the Mask and have started Day Watch. I have had extra time to read the past week because of all the time spent at the hospital. That will all change now that we are home again but I would rather be here.

I finished the Russian horror novel Nightwatch and am currently reading Dean Koontz’s the Mask and I want to read Daywatch within the next month as well. 15 books this year is going to be very hard considering I just had a baby and have a 3 year old who doesn’t give me a moment’s break, but I am going to try.

I finished the Mist by Stephen King a few days ago. I have since started reading Night Watch by Sergei Lukyanenko and am on Chapter 5 currently.

Since I’ve started over I just finished Dean Koontz’s Servants of Twilight.

I’m going to make sure I keep with books that are not too long and are very interesting because with a 3 year old running around and a brand new baby on the way I am going to be super short on time. Wish me luck.

I didn’t quite hit this goal last year. So I am starting over for the year.

I finished Tick Tock by Dean Koontz yesterday. It was undoubtedly one of the most ridiculous books I have ever read. It was a comedy that only a horror writer could have written. I need to get my butt in gear if I am going to finish this goal in the next month and half.

I am officially 2/3 of the way through this goal. I finished 1984 by George Orwell last week which should have been a goal all its own. I had tried to read that book at least twice before and never made it very far into the second chapter so I was really pleased with myself that I finally finished it. I was even more pleased with myself for it because if I hadn’t read it I wouldn’t have known the answer to last nights Jeopardy question. I started reading Dune last night. I’m not sure I am going to like it but I will give it a chance.

I just finished Animal Farm by George Orwell. It’s a short book but still really good. I am waiting for my husband to finish reading Dune so I can read it and I think I need to go find something else to read in the mean time.

And American Gods by Neil Gaiman makes 8. I need some recommendations for good books if anyone can make them.

I finished!! I read the reast of that series and another book that meant 2 books over 15!!! Yay!!! Thanx to everyone who gave me a cheer!!!
