When I became vegetarian I felt better immedietly. Ive lost weight, had more energy, and it’s helped me get involved in volunteer activities and stuff by getting me interested in animal rights and stuff.
I can’t beleive i wasnt a vegetarian sooner.

Once you get in the habit, it’s not thea hard. You feel great.
Go to the healthfood store and stock up on meat substitutes for when you feel tempted. And don’t forget to take plenty of B vitamins.
i think its possible for me to become a vegitarian, i stopped eating red meat a couple years ago because i wanted to lose weight and it worked, but i do occasionally have chicken./
I have been vegetarian since I was about 7 years old. I mainly done it for animal rights. I don’t even rememember what meat tastes like and I really don’t wanna know. I am proud to be vegetarian. I feel like I am making a difference in life.
I’ve been a vegetarian since I was in the fourth grade and I never regret it. You don’t miss meat, at all. Everyone says that they don’t quit because they’d miss it, but with all the meat substitute products out there (Boca especially) you don’t miss it at all.
Besides, it is WAY healthier not to eatmeat, considering all the pesticides and hormones they give to farm animals, not to mention the cruelty they’re treated with. They’re treated like- well, like cattle!

It was one of the easiest things I’ve ever done! Three years now and still going, I feel healthier and have a much better conscience, I never feel weighed down by the foods I eat. I love it, I definitely encourage others to become vegetarian, it’s so worth it.
being a vegetarian is worth it! the big shocker is that it isn’t so hard to do and you’ll be super reaping the benefits in no time! :)
I’m slowly working my way towards this goal… I don’t eat red meat anymore .. that’s a start
