But wait.. 30 days in a row..? That will be difficult. But I feel I have just made it through a mile stone – no sweets for 30 minutes. It gets easier from this point.. right..?
so i gave up sweets for 30 days. i thought i would feel a lot different, but i don’t. maybe sweets arent as bad as they say the are. hopefully i won’t be addicted to them any more.
ok so i got through day one. I did have some honey roasted cashews… does that count? tonight is gonna be the test.. i like a sweet snack while watching tv. wish me luck
ok so i start with today. Lets see how it goes. I usually eat cookies or a debbie cake for breakfast and i pushed it aside and had toast. However i did have 2 teaspoons of sugar in my coffee. but i don’t drink coffee everyday.
I only have one week until i get to eat a delicious piece of pie for thanksgiving and check off thes goal. woo hoo!
normally i take like 5 packets of sugar in my coffee and today i put 2 packets in it and nearly gagged from the sweetness. i definately think i’m losing my sugar addiction.
its been 3 days since the cookie binge that started it all. this is a pretty big achievement considering, i went to a party with cookies and cake and lots of deliciousness and my mom made pineapple upside down cake. 27 days to go.
I had 6 cookies in one sitting today. the sweets addiction stops now. i think going cold turkey and seeing how good it makes me feel will help curb this addiction once in for all. I’ve tried to do this many times as you can see by my other 43 things entries. I hope this time is the winner.
Just given up all alcohol for january and still going. But i’ve been eating lots of sweets. Lets see if I can do Feb without any sweets.
