How I did it: Been thinking about doing it for a long time, but I wasn't sure if my face could "do" a short hairstyle because my facial features aren't that feminine, and I'm tall and flat-chested as well, so I'm afraid of looking too masculine. And I guess that now that I've done it, I look more like a boy. Anyway, my hair had to go because I was so tired of it and it didn't look healthy. How I did it: It took me about a year of visits to the hairdresser. She hated my hair - too thick, too much of it, she said. Every time I went, I said "cut it short!" then when she was about to cut it, she'd ask "are you sure?" and I chickened out. Then one day, I was feeling rather brave, and I said do it. Cut it off. How I did it: I decided a few months ago that I hated my hair. I was just so bored by it. I've had the same hair the entirety of high school.So I tried to figure out what would make it look better, and my mom suggested that I cut it short. I have been going through on images.google and images.yahoo for short hair cuts and saving them on my comp. I will narrow them down to the one I find most desirable so i’ll have something to show when I go to the hair salon.

I was thinking about doing it later on. For now, I will enjoy my long hair but when I do cut it I will start by doing it around the shoulder then maybe do an angled bob later on.

I just called and made an appointment at 4 to chop it off! I’m going to donate the pony to pantene’s great lengths (locks of love makes a HUGE profit and doesn’t actually give the kids free wigs, but rather gives them wigs based on their income level).

I was so scared to cut my hair short. when i did get it done it was at this cheap hair dressers and they fucked up my hair, i was so upset because in a few days i was going to Amsterdam with my boyfriend for our 6 month, i litrally couldnt look at myself. My mum booked me an appointment at tony & guy and they made my hair look amazing they added layers and made it look all choppy, when i got back i was so excited and pleased i dyed it red and ive loved it and got complimented on it ever since. Defo worth doing but not at a cheap place
