I’ve played the Moonlight sonata for my piano degree. It’s tough. All Beethoven sonatas are very, very hard. If you think they aren’t , you haven’t begun to understand them. As a matter of fact, you realize how hard it is to properly interpret them a long time after you’ve mastered their technical requirements.

I don’t mean to discourage anyone. I just want to stress the fact that this is a really important and worthwhile goal that is far from trivial.
