It is past the new year and I already have not lived up to my resolution to lose weight. I am going to really try starting tomorrow because it is Monday and Monday is when I like to start things.
I have done this “start on Monday” thing all my life. However, I am hoping that tomorrow I really do start because it is getting pretty critical on several levels that I need to lose weight.

just so i can enjoy more active things and slow down the process of aging as i am 31. preventative maintence i guess:) And maybe do another triathlon.its been over seven years since i last trained for my last race. i felt better when i was fit

Im only 16 and I’m a the jounior class president a big sister [voulnteer for the big brother big sister organization] and im also member of the school’s basketball team. Im told i have a lot of great things headed for me but i’m relying on basketball to get me into college. I want to be a Dentist so im really looking hard for the best colleges. but it seems as if the colleges i do enjoy are really high standard and i’m willing to work with that. Its just i dont have enough confedence in myself to do anything great. Thats why i want to get in shape i feel as if i lose some weight i’ll be amazing !

I have a number of health problems & after visiting with my Pulmonologist he told me I was “Out of shape”...So This morning I put in the old Richard Simmons video & did it for 30 mins…I’ll do it till I reach my goal weight or “get in shape”
