It was one of the most memorable experiences I have. I felt so amazingly clean afterwards and those turkish women really new how to give a good massage.
How to go to a Turkish Bath

How I did it: I was in Turkey on holiday and so we decided to go to a Turkish bath on our first day cos its sposed to help u tan well n all so we went and just followed what we were told to do, and came out feeling totally relaxed and wonderful and ready to tan!!!!
Lessons & tips: i was worried that it would be bad for my breathing cos of my asthma but i felt great!!!! so just g o for it, you can always get out if you feel uncomfortable cos it does get quite hot ^^ but thats good!!!!
