I managed to sleep for 8 hours for a week, but now again I started to wake up late (I oversleep over and over). It’s very difficult to get up early when the weather outside is so depressing.

well my sleeping habits are pretty good now (except this afternoon, i fell asleep and didn’t wake up until after 2 hours!). but on the whole, i feel like i have a lot more energy throughout the day (i have been getting some exercise throughout the day) and i manage my time better. but tonight its going to get messed up, a couple of us are planning to watch scary movies all night!:) but tomorrow’s a sunday, so its excusable!:) by the way, there was a huge terrorist attack in the city i’m living in, on wednesday night. please pray for all of us. thanks.

Well today was supposed to be the day I start trying to modify my sleeping habits (I started second semester at uni today). I went to bed at about 11 last night, but couldn’t fall asleep for much longer. Then I woke up at about 5.15 since one of the girls I am living with came back home after her vacation (I was rather annoyed at being woken up!) So I have been awake since then, and I am aiming at not sleeping all day today, and going to bed at 11!
It’s so hard to feel like doing anything when you’re always tired, always feel like just a couple hours more sleep would make things better.

i sleep way too much!!! i want to start going to bed by 11 pm and waking up by 6-6.30 am…but i end up sleeping by 1 am and waking up at 8.30 and being late for class!!! and then i sometimes sleep during the day as well, not because i’m tired but i get bored…and sleep…and not get any work done!
