Brushed and flossed
Pkizzle needs to stop wasting time.
How I did it: By making flossing a part of my nightly routine, I was able to make sure that it happened every night. I wouldn't let myself skip a single night, and if I had forgotten and was already in bed, I would force myself to get up and floss. Now, I went from not even knowing how to use floss, to being able to do it in less than thirty seconds! :D Read how I did it…
Roxy43 is changing diapers, feeding, burping, repeating
How I did it: I've struggled to floss consistently for years. My dental hygienist would just laugh at me for coming back time after time and saying I flossed 2-5 times a week. I would just skip it if I was tired or traveling or just feeling lazy. So this time, I put my floss closer to the sink than my toothbrush. I tracked every day whether or not I flossed, keeping it on my mind. It took me four months of trying before I flossed every day for a month. Read how I did it…

How I did it: I just kept repeating "you only floss the ones you want to keep". pretty soon Iw as in a routine where every single night I flossed. If I missed it for some reason (being in a youth hostel far from the bathroom, etc) then I did it in the morning. My teeth feel better and there's even some peace of mind attached! Read how I did it…
How I did it: When my domestic servant is coming home (just an hour a day, after my breakfast) I do it.I spend lost time with that good habit.Just do it....................... Read how I did it…
How I did it: Kept at it with conscious intention regularly enough for it to become part of my nightly routine. I used the technique that my dentist showed me before I started to ensure that I would do it correctly. Read how I did it…

I’m going to floss for a month starting today (June 26) and ending on July 26. Then I’ll consider this goal finished and be able to use the space to put a new goal.

As I considering my “brush my teeth twice a day” goal done in about 2 weeks, I need to erase this one as well.
So I’m working on it!
I started flossing my teeth every day during university I think. I realized these are the only teeth I’ll have for the rest of my life (and I plan to live for quite a while!)
My gums bled each time for a couple weeks perhaps, but they never bleed now. I can floss without looking in a mirror; I know the exact feeling of each spot.
HOWEVER, though I floss every day, my dentist says there’s still some tartar accumulation so it’s not a magic never-see-dentist-again lifestyle, but it sure helps!

Flossed this morning after not doing it for a couple days. I had some cavities filled and my mouth was sensitive, so I chose to not floss.
The counting begins again!

smelsmin asks,
“I have tried both floss and picks, but my mouth doesn't open ar enough/I can't get my lips down enough that I can reach any of my molars with the tape, let alone get the tape around them and be able to see what I am doing. Can anyone help?”
