learn my new job

I still feel new but at least I’m not totally wet behind the ears. I’m actually training the REAL newbies. YIKES!

so the goal is being removed.

finally.

and will be until september. i started in may. its hard to have a job that you go to and have gone to a few months, and still have no idea what is required of you. i won’t get any cases until september after class, and even then the caseload will be minimal. and when they say minimal, i think they mean one or two.

i’m used to ‘trial by fire’ jobs, not a year of training and then still not knowing what you are doing. Which is what I hear the others say.

It’s so hard learning a new job. But this one’s very involved and fast paced! Medical software that you teach a doctor… stessful.
