Paint a big painting

I’ve repainted half the canvas blue again – but i’ve worked out what to do next. the canvas will be hung vertically, not horizontally. Hopefull Kitson will agree to hanging it on zac’s bedroom door. I think that will look really cool.

I have used craft letters to paint ISAAC onto the midnight blue half of the canvas. So I am happy with that side – now i am not sure about the dots side.

I’m thinking i’ll leave it as is and give it to him. I’d like to frame it – but that’s a little pricey. So I’ll fix up the sides of the canvas and give it to him whenever i see kitson next. and who knows how long that will be. 5 years ago

One half of the canvas has been painted over. I hated the way it looked so I blotted it out. Now the canvas is half midnight blue.

The good half is ok – so we will see if that survives. I’m starting to think it will end up being a gift for Isaac – a 4 year old friend of mine. 5 years ago

I did my first attempt but the symettry wasn’t right. So now I’ve gone less red and more dark blue. And a little more flair – not just crop circles.

This is going to take a while…

its a 1500mm x 400mm canvas. going to do a molecular/aboriginal hybrid pattern. half way thru the first bit. 5 years ago
