Everyone thinks it’s weird but for every day of the week I have a general schedule. I’m in university and I don’t have my classes on the schedule but I have what time I wake up, what time I do homework, and work and classes, to chores and social time, to bed time.
I am going to follow it. On weekdays from Monday to thursday I work and go to classes from 8:45 til 5:00PM. I have a lunch hour break from 12:00Am to 1:00PM. Then I have supper from 5:00PM til 6:00PM. Then I clean and do laundry and organise til 7:00PM then I have free time til 11:30 then it’s bed time. That’s a general schedul from monday to thursday. I like it and I”m going to follow it.

so today i took a long walk with my friend, which was good and ‘productive’, and i cleaned a bit… what else do i want to do today? maybe i should find a writing class, or research writing opportunities, or spend time thinking about what i would write if i were already a writer… also schedule tomorrow… i’d better get out my planner!
This is where that kitchen timer really comes in handy.
In order to complete a goal, I need to spend time in order to accomplish it. Instead of randomly working on this or that for x amount of time whenever, I’d like to start divvying up my time, setting aside an hour here or half an hour there that’s dedicated to one goal or another. For example, I might want to spend an hour each day reading, and perhaps two or three hours per week learning french. So I’d like to schedule my time to help me attain my goals faster.
