design and build my dream home

Made the AutoCAD drawing and decided on the perfect location. Now the next step is to apply for a plot (which will take around 6 months to go through). No rush though. We are not planning to start building until another 4-5 years when we’ve saved up enough to avoid too many compromises.

my dreamhome is a log cabin. I want to design it and have it built. I want to live somewhere beautiful where i wake up everyday in awe of my surroundings. I think the best place is in the carolinas, texas, or Arizona. but we shall see

I have always wanted to build my own home and one day I will.

I’ve for the most part designed my perfect house, but as I’m only 17, I still have quite a long way to go until I’m able to actually build it. Hopefully some day though.

It would be so lovly to live im a home were everything you wont is there, not just stuff in it but Space, function, design on the inside and out, entertainment and the list goes on. in a really nice area.
I was thinking the other day I wolud like a home were the hotwater coupard has shelfs around it so if its a wet day you can have nice toasty clothing to put on, and nice Toasty towels. Not much to ask for but I havent lived in a home since I was 11 with that.
An envoro house saving power that would be cool. Big Kitchen, with the lounge not been at the other end of the house. No carpet in the Kitchen. (SOme one wasnt thinking when they renovated my house in the 90’s. A giant garage for Stuart. A safe place were Cats wont get run over and a dog and kids have room to play. Entertantment area that works. Nice easy care Garden. Garage with internale accsess, easy to clean home, the list goes on, Heat Pump…....

I’m in the military and I’m a single mother, so the money that I do have is very tight. I’m looking for a second job right now just to keep from living on credit. So my dream home is only in my mind for now. But Lordy, I am planning a beauty!!!
