Be a risk taker.

It is not that I am risk averse, per se. I like to minimize risk. And I don’t think that will ever change.

i take risks everyday ( very questionable things, that may or may not break federal, international, and local laws) it makes me feel alive. makes me feel human, not the modern type either.

I must confess that I am not the greatest at taking chances or taking advantage of opportunities. Shameful I know. My boyfriend on the other hand is great at this and I admire him so much for that. I will have to learn from him.

I think I’ve been a risk taker most of my life. There are certainly aspects of this that I can become better. I’ll figure out how to be more definitive in my goals here.

What does being a risk taker mean? Hannalee, my 5 yr old, is learning to be a risk taker in school. Certainly in my life, I may be considered a risk taker in some areas, but in other areas, this is a huge work in progress.

I’d love to risk quitting my job right now and just trade stocks to earn my living. However, because I’ve made some huge blunders in my trading, I’ve dropped our accounts way down. The reason for not quitting is my high paying job is that. It provides me with a comfortable income and good benefits. My trading hasn’t been consistent enough or profitable enough consistently.

The main reason is FEAR. I fear that we’ll be homeless and cannot pay our bills. I fear not being able to afford a lot of things. Yet, I know God is greater than my fears. The key is to get rid of my fears so that I can work towards quitting my job is to get all our finances in good order, keep plugging away aggressively every day at my stock trading stuff, do EFT, pray/seek God, get rid of emotional static, declutter, get organized, get rid of all self-defeating, negativity in my life.

I AM a RISK TAKER.

I don’t think this is ever going to happen. I’m a survivalist by nature.
