I don’t know if I trust the scale at my in-law’s house. I believe that I am around 183 but one day it said 189 and I can’t believe that. Today it was 179, which I am much more eager to believe. Unfortunately, the main reason for that is I am down to one meal a day and walking each morning. I don’t intend to eat only one meal but my new job teaching at an inner city school has me so tense I can’t stomach a lunch. Today I didn’t even drink anything until 5pm, which is definitely not like me.

I was 183 on Sunday. I’m not really doing a lot at the moment to reach this goal but I am trying to limit my soda, fast food and sugary snacks. I really need to start walking in the morning again.
