but my first love has always been models of trains, the terrain they are built around, the industries and towns they serve and the role they played in opening this country to growth in the recent and interesting past…
I have had train layouts in the past and have preserved some of my creative efforts…I still enjoy the challenge of creating something in miniature…
I am in awe of some of the giants of this hobby…people who created masterpieces before there were the parts to make it easy…In particular…John Allen and his famous and beautiful masterpiece The Gorre and Daphetid Railroad
