When I resumed my daily stretching routine after too many years, this was one of the first stretches I tried. Astonishingly, I was able to bring my knees to the floor with no pain or stiffness at all. What a pleasant surprise.
This is actually one of the very few stretches and poses that I could do rather well back then (several years ago), and I’m happy the ability wasn’t lost. 4 years ago
