i mean, if you’re a frequest traveler, sure go here just for experience. but if you’re like me and have to save up for a while for a rad vacay, find somewhere else. i was disapointed :(
How to go to Aruba
How I did it: Flight from Philadelphia to NC - then NC to Aruba. It wasn't hard. Just a matter of finding time off from work and a good flight. Didn't need to pack too much or spend too much time planning. It's a small island and everyone is pretty friendly.
Lessons & tips: Don't stay at an All-inclusive resort - best food is outside the hotel.

I’m going the weekend of May 10th (a friend’s wedding) but I plan on having fun and enjoying my time there.
If you are looking for a caribbean paradise I can tell you there is waaaaaaay much better islands than this one… for instance you could try jamaica, dominican republic, puerto rico, bahamas, cuba…
I went there with 20 other people and none of us was impressed.. In 3 hours we saw the entire island.. and theres nothing interesting to see there.. the beaches… well .. no comments
But if what you are looking is to go shopping then this is a fine place.
I have been there 4 years in a row and I still
want to go back. I have traveled to many other tropical
places, but this is by far my favorite. The weather is
AMAZING! :) It only rained once for 5 min in all the times
I have visited.
Been there; going back in 3 weeks. My family has a time share there, so every two years we go back for vacation. Aruba? Its a barren island with beaches and smoke-filled casinos. Its a nice place, but I’m a bit bored with it.
