When I’ve got my front splits down, I consider myself flexible and I’ll change this goal into, Train (for SSSE* and) to become a contortionist.

*SSSE = Speed, Strength, Stamina & Endurance

Well I guess my flexibility improved, but it’s not enough yet.
    I’m really getting into contortion.
    My goals:
    - Being able to do the splits (right, left and center)
    - Being able to do the handstand (without the wall that is)
    - Getting a more flexible back

Meh! :C I was doing so incredibly great and then I went just a LITTLE BIT too far when practicing the splits (right foot in front of me) and now I don’t know what happened, I think I pulled (or might even have ripped x_x) something, somewhere near my groin.
T_T It hurts when I want to do something which includes having my left leg ‘behind’ me.
Damn it! Does anyone know what might’ve happened and/or what I can do to fix it? :c

Man I used to be so limber! I’m glad I’m not completely ‘stiff’ yet, so I can work on getting my flexibility back easier.
Got any tips on how to?

Practicing, sort of... 2 years ago

I was trying to do a backbend against a wall the other day-just a partial bend-and there was no cracking to be heard. This is progress. Plus, stretching just feels so good.

God, it would be so cool to be able to do a backwalkover again without hearing serious cracking noise and looking like I’m spasming and falling down at the same time. (So not pretty.)
