Having now lost a total of 3 stone and 6lbs I’m changing this to lose 1 stone as really only need this much to go to get to my target weight. Which have done using a sensible eating plan, and not deprive myself or take any tablets or potions.
I’m finally there – the scales have been consistent for the last couple of days, so marking this as done.
Next step – to lose another 7lbs.
I’m now within 2lbs of achieving this goal!

I’ve now managed to get back down to the weight that I was when I first adopted this goal. So instead of losing 7lbs, I put on 5lb!!
Gonna try my darndest to achieve this goal by end September.
Crazy scales are showing that I’ve put back on 1lb. Maybe it’s just water retention?? Have been drinking lots more in the heat. Or it could be because I haven’t been to the gym since Saturday. Or (as my mate claims) that scales just aren’t all that reliable.
- I have lost 2lbs in the last fortnight since I started going back to the gym regularly. Yay!
So now I am 3lbs above my starting weight (as I put on 1lb after posting that last entry, grrr). Hopefully I can lose those 3lbs by the end of the month, and then re-start this goal in earnest!
