People have been commenting on how white my teeth are :-).
Also, it’s starting to feel “wrong” if I go to bed without brushing my teeth really well.
My only is that after a big night when I get home I really don’t feel like brushing my teeth. Need to find a strategy to get me to do it then. Any ideas?

Starting small:
- gave up breath mints and gum the other day (because of artificial sweeteners)so looking after teeth is more important than ever.
- Also, gave up Coca Cola this week because it is very bad for my teeth and all around health.
- brush, floss and clean tonge at the at least once per day.
- Once a day sounds gross but I’ll be brushing them really well and the correct way which is better than brushing them poorly twice a day.
- hopefully I’ll build up so that i am brushing them really well twice a day.
- Straight after I brush my teeth well I will reward myself. Prob reading an extra chapter of my book :-)
Hopefully this will increase the likelihood that i’ll keep going.

Defining Goal:
- to brush teeth twice a day
- floss at least daily
- scrape tonge twice a day
- & give up coca cola
