Amy don't waste a day
Last Tuesday was my first day, so today will be day 9. I’m actually hoping to do 30 classes in just under 30 days, doubling up a couple times, since it will be harder to do this once classes start.
I definitely notice a difference. I’ve gotten a lot better at the postures in these last few days than in my sporadic six months of practice prior. I have better balance (I can hold all of the balancing series the entire time sometimes) and deeper back bends.
After the 30 days, my plan is to keep going 3-4x/ week and run 3x/ week, maybe substituting spinning for running on occasion.

I’ve finished 2 days.
However, I’m doing a waterless fast tomorrow (April 3) and am really busy on Sunday (April 5). I’ll have to make those days up by doing two-a-days.

I work shift work and trying to coordimate their available times with my shifts and my training is a daunting task… yet I’m determined there must be a way! They are addding some additional times in January so I am hoping that will solve some of the scheduling problems. You can miss once per week adn make it up by doing a session twice on another day but who has time for a day with 3 hours of yoga????

I train with my trainer 3-4 times a week. I’ve committed to being at the gym 6 days a week in the new year with or without my trainer on the new program. Plus, I am going to add 90 mins/day of yoga in a sauna 7 days/week?? What the hell am I thining?
But mom and T are going to do it, too. They only take 30 participants so even if everyone completes the challenge (which they won’t) I still have a 1 in 30 chance of winning a one year unlimited membership which is worth over $1100. Sweet.
Also, my trainer says I am flexible like rock. Too much muscle building, not enough stretching. So, this will be very good for me…
I register Feb 1 and it starts Feb 14.
