listen to Pink Floyd

I started listening to Pink Floyd majorly today – working along to my playlist on Ares was such a joy! I started listening to them about 2 years but quickly forgot them as I was more addicted to the Beatles, which were in the same timeframe, I liked more of their stuff from the late 60’s, and Floyd started performing around 1969 or so. I’d have to say my current favourite song is “Shine on Crazy Diamond”, even though it has a time-consuming length, it’s worth every second.

Honestly, Pink Floyd is my all time favorite of favorites. I cannot begin to think about how many times I’ve listened to any one of their songs. Their songs are so real!! I don’t know how to explain it..you just have to experience and then see

Pink Floyd are among my favorite bands. Each of their songs is worth listening to repeatedly.

“Wish You Were Here” is my personal favorite song and album.

I cannot tell you how MUCH I LOVE Pink Floyd. They are amazing, amazing, amazing.

Word of advice: Don’t /download/ their stuff— they are waaay too good to steal from. Buy the albums. See the movie The Wall. As a starter album, I’d go with Dark Side Of The Moon. That was my first and then I worked backwards and forwards from there. Wish You Were Here was second— amazing. Then Atom Heart Mother… Love, love, love Pink Floyd. That band in all it’s forms (original, added Gilmour, post-Syd Barret, post-Roger Waters)... Pink Floyd is incredibly incredible… That’s all I can say.
