to let go of myself in a relationship. i want to be able to do that.
How to love someone unconditionally
How I did it: I had to realize that the person I was with, wasn't who I was supposed to be with. I needed a reason to let him go, but just ending it was the only way. I had to get it in my head that he loved me for who I am, not for who he wanted me to be. And being me, WAS who he wanted. I did compare them, and in the end, I knew who I was meant to be with. It was hard, but definitely worth it.
Lessons & tips: You need to be yourself and fall for the one who wants you for who you are.

I love my darling more than I had ever imagined myself capable of doing. I’m not a stone-hearted bastard, I have feelings, and, at the risk of being clichéd, it’s great to be alive.

but I already definitely love three people unconditionally. I am quite perplexed as to why I chose this as a goal earlier. But anyway…it would be terrible if I didn’t have that type of relationship with anyone at all. Still, I hope I can meet new people and love them unconditionally as well. This goal is very important to me, and I’m really glad I’ve achieved it…even though I probably did about..eight years ago.
