I’ve been doing it but I’m coming to the conclusion the calorie count meter on the LCD screen of my nustep is the best motivation. Not that calorie burning is not a good thing but overdoing it by increasing the resistance level to burn more at a time is not good because then I often end up missing the next day.

According to the computer on my nustep, my workouts for this week totaled 370 calories. Since I adapted this goal midweek I think this is a very good start considering that I’m just starting regular workouts.
