add more spontaneous and fun "date-title worthy" events with my significant other to our "date night" schedule already tentatively etched in place every week

Holiday seasons are always a crunch; between houseguests, work/social commitments and travel, life gets overwhelmingly happy and exhausting simultaneously (sleepy yawn). I need some R&R by myself and with my sweetie… Once he’s done with his commitments and I am done with mine, I am anxious to make up for the lost time these past few weeks. I’m remembering and planning… absence makes the heart grow fonder, but only when you wait and plan deliberately and consciously. This MORE DATE NIGHTS WITH MY SIGNIFICANT OTHER is one goal I am NOT forgetting. Until the time comes when we get to have some serious relaxed free time alone, I just need to add in “catch as catch can” little snuggles and bits moments to this goal and when they are good enough, they will have to suffice as date-worthy. This goal can change back to normal once we get settled into the new year… but hopefully by then, I might even be able to write another new and improved version. ;-)

The only regrets I have in life relate to time lost or spent away from loves.

Being so blessed and fortunate, I never want to let the special things in my life dull or slip away in any fashion. For that reason I am listing this reminder on 43—to remind myself when time and space manage to get away from me.

We all need the proverbial “icing” but also need to indulge in our right to more snuggle time and easy commeraderie at every opportunity.

Making time to get to know eachother more and more every day over the course of a lifetime, to have and to hold, to love, honor, and cherish… Yep. All that and a bowl of cherries. Somehow, though, it means more than something that sounds so cliche-fashionably fruity:

More date nights, whether it is one or seven nights a week, and more time together in every opportunity.

I promised, and I promise to remind myself of my commitments every day from this day forward until deaths do us part. More date nights, always… certainly.

May this item remain on the top of my list indefinately.
