My intuition never fails me. In times of hardship, I always know what feels right and in some cases what feels wrong. So I know this. But why is it so hard to listen to my own higher good? I’m listening, just not as quickly as I’d like. At this moment, I’m just feeling like I wasted a lot of time. Maybe I’ll feel different in a day, or week, or…

Oh wow, this is much harder than I thought it was going to be. I realize now that to listen to my intuition means understanding it. Sometimes it is so easy to confuse it with other emotions and feelings. So I am working on understand which on is which.

As a woman I know that I have a very powerful intuition. Now only if I could be still enough to listen to it.

Like tonight, just starting this list because the idea of listing and sharing goals, and connecting through goals, was pulling at me at a gut level.
Sometimes doing things without really knowing why can be useful. “Why” is a process of discovery.

intuition is cool… it’s like I know I don’t want to walk down that street and if I do, something annoying will happen (it’s usually pretty minor stuff though)
eg. the other day I waited at a bus stop I didn’t feel right about (but closer to where I was) instead of the one I normally use after work, and there were disturbances on that bus line so there was no buses for the next hour… eventually I went to the usual bus stop…
So basically I just need to do what I feel and it kinda avoids some problems…
It works with food too (although not sure that’s intuition!)
I know exactly what food my body lacks and that’s the food I want to eat… I don’t think about it, I just feel it… Like sometimes I get cravings for foodstuffs I don’t even like, but after eating them my body feels better, so I guess I just needed the vitamins/nutrients in them!
So intuition is not some scary clairvoyant thing (for me, anyway), it’s just about listening to what you feel!

In my mid-twenties I started to notice that my intuition was right more and more. I’d find myself at a decision point and the facts and “gut feeling” were leading me in different directions. I’d go with the facts but I’d end up wishing I’d go with my intuition.
So more and more, I’d look for the solution that both followed logic and felt right. This solution isn’t always apparent but once you know it can exist, then you go looking for the missing facts.
I do have to add a caveat. You won’t always be happy with the results of following your intuition. There will be situations where you do what seems and feels right, but others resent your actions anyway. I recently lost a very close friend because I did what I thought and felt was right. I went with my intuition and they resented it. I rely on my real friends to tell me the tough things. Casual friends can do the easy thing and walk away from that type of situation, but a real friend tells the truth and offers to help.
But I digress! Follow your intuition, in the long run it will be the best way; but don’t expect others to like it.
