I’m going to change this up a little bit. I’m going to do 200 crunches three times a week. When I do my miles, I’m not going to worry about crunches. This should help me to be more even every week.

I need to do more crunches. I did 200 one day and 100 the next, then stopped. I will be re-incorporating this on March 1.

I got back on track Friday, and did 250.
On Saturday, I aimed for 250 again, and gave up at 125. The Bowflex wore me out, I guess.
On Sunday, I was back to 200.

Still doing crunches everyday. On Jan 12, I did 250, but then on Jan 13, only got 100. But still trying not to miss a day.
