learn to cook Greek food

I love cooking Greek food. In fact, it’s my favorite food to cook/eat.

I am new to 43 things as of today, and this is the first thing that I can think of that I want to do. I was searching the Internet for interesting things, and came upon this website: http://hungrymouth.typepad.com/hungry_mouth/greece/index.html
It contains some recipes (that appear to be fairly simple) for some super-yummy Greek food. I will be trying some out as the days go by, and let you know how I do!

OK, I’ve only made a few dishes, but they’ve all turned out well. This goal caught my eye because, in fact, I’m making Greek food tonight for three families!
