I used to do roofing and I hated that job.

I used to sit on the roof of my house. When I worked in security, I’d sit on the roof of the building I worked at. Sitting on the roof is totally worth it, especially if you do it with a friend.

I’ve sat on my own roof a few times, there’s a nice view of the oval, the surrounding houses and the Great North Walk is sort of visible. Nice and peaceful up there, unless parents are shouting at you to come down, now, before you break some bones
