    1. Improve the quality of my life – Implementing plans that accomplish this
    2. Stay focused at work- Doing fair to good with room for improvement
    3. Have friends over on a regular basis – not at all
    4. Go surfing regularly – still nope
    5. Go swimming regularly – none whatsoever
    7. Limit internet time – not really, but I am keeping busy doing other things which helps
    8. Walk or exercise daily – fair to good with room for improvement

    1. Improve the quality of my life – I think I am making progress here, just a little
    2. Stay focused at work- Doing fair with room for improvement
    3. Have friends over on a regular basis – not too much
    4. Go surfing regularly – nope
    5. Go swimming regularly – need to start up again
    7. Limit internet time – actually making a little bit of progress here
    8. Walk or exercise daily – some progress here too – talking walks, went skating yesterday, went to the driving range

    2. Have friends over on a regular basis – The pad is getting close
    3. Go surfing regularly – not even close
    4. Go swimming regularly- the pool is being renovated
    5. Excise the poverty mentality – I am good here
    7. Limit internet time – Big Problem
    8. Walk or exercise daily – I am a lazy man
    9. Not say “anyways” – saying it less and catching it every time

    1. Stay focused at work- Doing good here
    2. Have friends over on a regular basis – I bought a couch and an easy chair- a nice touch that will improve the homestead. Now my friends can have a place to sit when the come over.
    3. Go surfing regularly – Needs to happen, even if only a short session
    4. Go swimming regularly-tomorrow without fail
    5. Never drive to San Diego ever again -easy
    6. Excise the poverty mentality – not a problem of late
    7. Limit internet time – How much is too much
    8. Walk or exercise daily -forget the knee, get on it
    9. Not say “anyways” -catching myself every time these days

    When one works stupid long hours, they feel entitled to treat themselves to things. I have been allowing myself to essentially ignore my body’s need for exercise. My rationalizations are very persuasive. Still, this is not a good idea.

    I need to get back into the habit….soon.
