use up all of my gift cards

Used all but 4.00 of my restaurant one with a friend.

I’m glad I did so much with this goal earlier in the year, what with businesses crashing all over the place. I still have the restaurant one and the Nordstrom. I should see if the latter still even works. If not, no big deal, it only had a few dollars left on it anyway.

I got four things from it:

This, I like the best, though I also replaced some of our glass storage dishes that got broken in the course of this last year. I also got this:

The one on the bottom, just because it was pretty. And one of those stainless steel bars that takes the smell of seafood and garlic off your hands.
Only went a bit over and I think I’ll be well pleased with it. This was a great graduation gift.

I used the little bit left on the Trader Joe’s card to pay for soft food, coming home from the dentist and two fillings.
Also, I have found something on the Crate and Barrel website that I might have to have. If I get it, I will post a link.
Oh,and my fam gave me one for a restaurant I love, along with the Nordstrom one, still. So, three left now.

Electric kettle it was. We just tried it for the first time today. It works like a dream.
Still have 40+ dollars left, but rounding to the end of it now.

I think the Crate and Barrel card is going to be used in service of one of their metal electric kettles.

Well, so much for macy’s. It had an expiration date on it that I missed.
One less, in that case.

We already used the LNT one to buy badly needed curtain rods. Will try again for Crate and Barrel and maybe Target tomorrow, as we’ll be in the general area of all of them.

Stalled on this one. I think I need to go visit the stores again.
