I feel so bad for breaking it
but ill start again tomorrow and make it to day 21 then ill make a plan to only eat one sweet once a week or continue to not eat sweetts but i think my sweet teeth/cravings will win out.

Today Im going to try to eat healthier which will be a problem because im going to a new years eve party and theyre having pizza and deserts and such but maybe i should let it go today for the party and as last day of this year i dont know if i can help it i’ll be able to get away with “im not hungry” but prolllly not because of my friends sighh
oh welll.
Ive already given up soda, pizza, meat (welll ive been a veggie for almost a year so thats a given), and caprisuns.
I am now working on sweets and i have to tell you it is soo soo so hard today i ate a peppermint and didnt even realize it but besides that i havent eaten any since xmas and i think if i make it a month itll be eaiser and i can give it up for good (well maybe once a month but not alot) I have to get healthier!!
